You may not redistribute the clips in their original form (i.e. as stock content).

There may be clips on Mazwai.com that feature identifiable people or private property. Unless a release form has been obtained from the person in the video, or the land/property owner, then this content should not be used for commercial purposes, but may still be used for editorial purposes (for example, for educational use, news broadcasts etc.), providing that the person’s reasonable right to privacy has not been infringed. Mazwai accepts not responsibility for claims arising as a result of the misuse of visual content.

Some videos on Mazwai.com are edited to music tracks or sound effects. Unless specified on the download page, or by the artists themselves, it should be assumed that the music and/or sound effect(s) is not licensed under the same conditions as the video content, and permission to use the music/sound effect(s) should be sought separately.
